सीएम बन रहे बहुत मासूम, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने फ्लोर टेस्ट से भागने का लगाया आरोप, कहा- विधायकों पर कोई बंधन नहीं

भोपाल। आज विधानसभा का बजट सत्र शुरू हो रहा है। सदन में फ्लोर टेस्ट पर संशय बना हुआ है। सदन की कार्यवाही की कार्यसूची में फ्लोर टेस्ट को नहीं रखा गया है। इस संशय के बीच सीएम कमलनाथ देर रात राज्यपाल से मिलने राजभवन पहुंचे। कमलनाथ ने कहा कि राज्यपाल का फोन आया था जिसके बाद मिलने आए। विधानसभा का सत्र शांतिपूर्वक चले इसको लेकर चर्चा हुई। फ्लोर टेस्ट को कार्यसूची में न रखने के सवाल को लेकर सीएम कमलनाथ ने कहा कि कार्यसूची मैं नहीं बनाता, वो तो विधानसभा अध्यक्ष तय करते हैं। मैं फ्लोर टेस्ट के लिए हमेशा तैयार हूं, सरकार पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित है। मैंने राज्यपाल से कहा कि विधायक स्वतंत्र होकर आएं फ्लोर टेस्ट में कोई आपत्ति नहीं है। फ्लोर टेस्ट हो या नहीं ये विधानसभा अध्यक्ष तय करेंगे। मुझे जो चिट्ठी लिखी है मैं उसका जवाब दे दूंगा।

सीएम कमलनाथ के राज्यपाल से मिलने के इतर देर रात BJP नेताओं ने भी राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की है। इस दौरान सदन में फ्लोर टेस्ट कराने को लेकर चर्चा हुई है। राज्यपाल और सीएम की मुलाकात पर बोले पूर्व सीएम शिवराज ने कहा कि सीएम कमलनाथ का जवाब बहुत मासूमियत से भरा है। सरकार अल्पमत में आ गई है, कांग्रेस सरकार फ्लोर टेस्ट से भाग रही है।

शिवराज ने कहा कि हम सदन में फ्लोर टेस्ट की मांग करेंगे। हमने मांग की थी, विश्वास मत पहले होना चाहिए। कोई विधायक बंधक नहीं हैं। वहीं काम कार्यसूची में रखे जाते हैं, जो सरकार चाहती है। हाउस में होने वाले कामकाज सरकार तय करती है और स्पीकर उसे प्रतिपादित करता है।
