जेट एयरवेज को घरेलु पायलटों ने दिया तगड़ा झटका, कहा- नहीं हुआ समाधान तो 1 अप्रैल से उड़ान बंद

नई दिल्ली: आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रही जेट एयरवेज को घरेलू पायलटों के संगठन ने तगड़ा झटका दिया है। दरअसल पायलटों के संगठन जेट एयरवेज को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि अगर उनके वेतन का बकाया भुगतान इस माह के अंत तक नहीं किया गया तो अप्रैल माह से उड़ान रोक दी जाएगी। जेट एयरवेज घरेलू पायलटों के संगठन नेशनल एविएटर्स गिल्ड की 90 मिनट से अधिक चली सालाना बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया है।

करीब 1 दशक पहले अस्तित्व में आए घरेलु पायलटों के संगगन गिल्ड में एयरलाइन के करीब 1,000 घरेलू पायलट हैं। संगठन ने कहा, ”अगर समाधान प्रक्रिया स्पष्ट नहीं हुई और वेतन भुगतान 31 मार्च तक नहीं हुआ, हम एक अप्रैल से उड़ानें बंद कर देंगे।” वेतन के मामले में प्रबंधन से कोई आश्वासन नहीं मिलने के बाद गिल्ड ने पिछले सप्ताह ने श्रम मंत्री संतोष गंगवार को पत्र लिखकर मामले में हस्तक्षेप का आग्रह किया।

इस बीच, विमानन मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने मंगलवार को अपने सचिव को कर्ज में डूबी एयरलाइन के साथ आपात बैठक करने का निर्देश दिया। कई विमानों के उड़ान नहीं भरने के कारण एयरलाइन बड़ी संख्या में उड़ानें रद्द कर रही है।
